| The legal definition (and that of the Church) is the union of one man to one woman. That is never going to change. HOWEVER - the good news is that we have a way around that. Here in the UK we have the Civil Partnership Act. This is legally recognised union that confers the same rights as "married" couples. And I'm pleased to say it is a success. I am one of many thousands that have entered into a Civil Partnership. And I'm proud of my country for iniatiing this. |
