Its the traditional approach, yes...its a human curse to NEED to be able to explain and have an answer to EVERYTHING....and i agree, things are mysteriously beautiful sometimes and dont need to be picked at...like that 8-legged baby in India.

yes and the amazing thing is there is no reason to fear the unknown. Why fear what we have no control over? At least that's my take.

Yes. Yes! YES! A million times yes. This is exactly what mythology and religion are. Ancient humans filled in the gaps of the unknown with a superhuman force that controlled everything and cares about all humans. Some of us have moved on from this view.

More or less. It was replaced with the Scientific Method, controlled experiments and hard facts.
